Indian Flavors Part 2 is here, and today Shayni Foods introduces you to the most famous North Indian Sweet and Savory Dessert known as 'Tilkut'. It is basically prepared on the festival of Makar Sankranti. Makar Sankranti is celebrated as the coming of warmer days and the change of Zodiac sign to Capricorn (Makar), it is celebrated every year on 14th January (some exceptions on 15th January). Hello friends, we know it's been a long time since we have updated anything. But, we owe you apologies. Shayni Foods was suffering a bit in the past days, no need to worry, we are back to normal now and we thought of changing the website's appearance a bit. 😋😉 We have changed it before but, it doesn't looked good. But now, as the chairpersons are happy with this new look we are back with a bang. And Shayni Foods wishes you a Merry Christmas!!!

Today is 92nd birth anniversary of most famous lyricist Shailendra. His full name was Shankardas Kesarilal. He was born in Rawalpandi, on 30 August 1923. He has written several songs which are remembered as the milestones of Indian cinema. He started his career as a apprentice with the Indian Railways. Let's see how he became a lyricist.
